After growing up in SoCal for all of my childhood, I moved to the Bay Area to attend college at UC Berkeley. While in school, I got involved volunteering in the Schjerven Lab as my first research experience. After graduating and receiving my bachelor's degree in molecular and cell biology with an emphasis in Biochemistry in 2019, I continued working at the lab, now as a Junior Specialist.

My passion lies in academic pedagogy and tackling socioeconomic inequalities. In my free time, you can find me playing the piano or taking photographs.
